SPARC presents “The Collected Works of William Ericson" at The SPARC Gallery @ The South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. Running through January 11, 2025, the exhibit will feature black-and-white and color landscapes, commercial work, portraits, and abstract works by late photographer William Ericson.
A long-time South Pasadena resident who founded both the South Pasadena Review and the South Pasadena Quarterly Magazine, Ericson was the founder of the William Ericson Agency with a client base encompassing major motion picture, music, and advertising industry clients—from Kiss, Donna Summer, Rick Springfield, and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra to Dream Works, Warner Bros., MGM, Bank of America, Chrysler, Sears, Honda and many more. Noted for his motion picture images, Ericson also engaged in special projects with Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Steven Segal, Oliver Stone, Quentin Tarantino, and others.
During the exhibition, “The World of Bill Ericson,” a 355-page retrospective of Ericson’s photographic career, will be available for purchase.
